YT-QSEP™ CPD Portal uses a local-first architecture. Programme records are primarily stored on the user's device/browser. The portal does not require an account or password.

Personal data is handled according to applicable institutional privacy requirements, data-minimization principles and applicable provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Entries are stored locally on this device. This application does not require a user account for local use. This is a data-minimization notice, not a legal certification. For sensitive participant information, follow your institution’s practices. This portal does not transmit candidate records to a remote server and does not provide cloud synchronisation.

The full institutional Privacy Policy, candidate-scoped export and Play-facing data tools are on Privacy Policy and Data Management. This page remains the full-device institutional backup for everything stored on this device.

Transport security (HTTPS), Content-Security-Policy, X-Content-Type-Options, Referrer-Policy, Permissions-Policy and frame protection are configured at the hosting platform. This local-first portal does not embed API keys or secrets in client source.

On supported browsers the portal can be installed as a standalone app. Not every browser or device exposes an install prompt.

Installing this application installs the application shell and permitted public content only. Installation does not grant access to candidate records, institutional records, confidential documents, fee information, assessment information, screening information or attendance records. Installation ≠ Access.

Android Chrome: open the browser menu and choose “Add to Home screen” or “Install app”.
