Purpose of the portal
The portal supports Yoga Teaching Quality & Safety Enhancement Programme (योग शिक्षण गुणवत्ता एवं सुरक्षा संवर्धन कार्यक्रम), a 70-hour continuing professional development (CPD / CEP) syllabus and learning record for professional yoga teaching quality and safety.
It is a local-first educational tool for programme delivery, learning, institutional assessment simulation, portfolio documentation and candidate record keeping on this device.
Educational and professional CPD / CEP scope
YT-QSEP™ is an educational professional CPD/CEP programme. It is not a medical diagnosis or treatment system and does not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

YT-QSEP™ is an advanced CPD/CEP programme. This assessment module does not itself constitute a degree, licence, NSQF qualification, medical diagnosis or medical treatment system.
References to HSSC, Ministry of AYUSH, BIS, ISO and related frameworks describe educational alignment and assessment context. They do not mean that this portal or this programme is certified, accredited or issued by those bodies unless a separate, documented authorisation exists.

Local-first storage
Entries are stored locally on this device. This application does not require a user account for local use. Because this version uses local-first browser storage, export your programme data regularly to maintain a backup. There is no automatic cloud backup.
YT-QSEP™ CPD Portal uses a local-first architecture. Programme records are primarily stored on the user's device/browser. The portal does not require an account or password.
Candidate responsibility for exported backups
Because records live on this device, you (and, where applicable, your institution) are responsible for exporting JSON backups and for safeguarding those files. The publisher does not hold a cloud copy from which lost local data can be restored.
No account or login system
This version does not provide signup, passwords, OAuth or a user-account system for candidates. Local candidate record verification is a device-level institutional matching step, not secure authentication.
Candidate Verification is not a login, sign-up, username/password account, or user-registration system.
Installing this application installs the application shell and permitted public content only. Installation does not grant access to candidate records, institutional records, confidential documents, fee information, assessment information, screening information or attendance records. Installation ≠ Access.
Without conventional authentication, Candidate Verification provides controlled application-level access but should not be treated as a substitute for a full identity-management or server-side authentication system.
No guarantee of cloud recovery
There is no automatic cloud backup and no guarantee of recovery if local storage is lost, the browser is reset, or the application is uninstalled.
Assessment and readiness are institutional records

External services
Optional Google Meet, Google Classroom and other external websites are governed by their respective providers. Opening those services is optional and is not required to keep local learning records.
Acceptable use
Use the portal only for legitimate institutional CPD/CEP purposes. Do not invent candidate identities, enrollment numbers or verification codes. Do not attempt to present local records as official government, HSSC, AYUSH or medical documents. Do not use the portal to diagnose, treat or claim to cure disease.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher is not responsible for loss of local data, for how an exported file is stored or shared, or for reliance on the portal as a clinical or licensing system.
