YT-QSEP™ CPD Portal uses a local-first architecture. Programme records are primarily stored on the user's device/browser. The portal does not require an account or password.
Your programme data is stored locally on this device/browser unless a future version explicitly states otherwise.
Important: Local data may be lost if browser/app storage is cleared, the device is reset, or the application data is removed. Export your data regularly.
There is no automatic cloud backup and no guarantee of recovery if local storage is lost.

Import a previously exported JSON file. The file is validated before anything is written. Import never silently overwrites records: you must choose merge or replace. Only records for the verified Candidate ID are applied.

Clear my programme records
Permanently remove locally stored learning, assessment, portfolio and related records for the currently verified Candidate ID. The Candidate Master Register and other candidates on this device are not removed. This cannot be undone unless you have an exported JSON file.

Clear all local data on this device
This permanently removes every locally stored candidate, assessment, learning, portfolio, live-class and institutional configuration record on this device. It cannot be undone unless you have an exported backup. There is no remote deletion, because there is no server copy.
