Training Schedule / Academic Calendar

The Training Schedule is an institutional operational timetable. It is not a second curriculum and does not change the published 70-hour, eight-unit YT-QSEP™ programme.

Only institutionally confirmed attendance for an official programme session may affect official attendance calculations. Event registration, event attendance, seminar or workshop participation, and a Google Meet join attempt are not YT-QSEP™ course attendance unless the institution explicitly records that session as an official programme session.

Training sessions, events, registrations and notices entered through this portal are stored locally on this device unless separately exported or transferred through an institutionally approved process.

Export training and event records regularly. Browser or Android storage may be cleared without notice, and there is no automatic cloud backup.

Personal data is handled using data-minimization principles and applicable privacy requirements, including applicable provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
